This sale was different. I almost backed out because of insecurities, despite the numbers and the property being right. There was literarily no reason for me to want to pull the plug. And Elizabeth helped talk me out of it, friend to friend, and she did it in such a way that she just presented the facts and I could see them clearly. It's been three days living here, and I you cannot even imagine how stupid I feel for wanting to back out of this. This place is my dream, and Elizabeth helped make it happen. A true realtor is an artist, it's an incredibly difficult job.
